Tech Works Voice-Call is a Telephone interface Intercom based on Distributed processing that allows for easy installation and configuration of each calling station.

Security Intercom - When a large property requires remote intercom at multiple entrances with a central security station, each entrance being as far as 2 miles from the central station a fiber interface handles the intercom and gate control. Standard intercom components were used with fiber transceivers to deliver clear communications to each entrance. The security guard has a telephone and a video monitor so that he can evaluate every person and their vehicle at the gate.

Area of Refuge - A separate intercom call station is provided at each stairwell door, each elevator lobby, and in strategic locations such as long hallways, plaza areas, doors or parking entrances and exits. When a person in a remote area presses the intercom button, the call is answered at the main security station on the property. The security guard has a telephone and he can verified who the person is and what their needs are then he can render the appropriate support. 

Assisted Living - Assisted Living properties all face the challenge of providing quality care with a limited staff that typically experiences a high rate of turnover. For these reasons a communication system must be easy to operate and flexible enough to meet the specific needs of each and every facility. Using cordless telephones, staff members are free to move about the property and attend to other duties. A call for assistance rings the phone and the Caller ID notifies staff who is calling and their location. Assisting the resident is as easy as answering the phone and who needs training for that?
